1.0 Introduction

The recent United Kingdom (UK) government suggests that a clear understanding of the roles, skills and resources of nursing staff is paramount to work at the interface between primary and secondary care. Providing total care to patients may involve different professionals from health and social services, and other voluntary and statutory agencies. Each service has organizational and professional boundaries that are governed by management structures, environmental and financial factors, role definitions, skills and professional culture. Hence, successful communication or collaboration between health care professionals is an important component of effective patient care. A number of important issues contribute to nursing interaction across the primary/secondary care interface.

Aims and Objectives

The objectives of this essay are to propose a concept of framework to evaluate the effectiveness of safeguarding for the people of mental health problem in UK. Also identify studies that evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in the secondary prevention and treatment of abuse involving the family or primary carers of Mental illness people.

Ethics

The mainly important aspect of minorities' health and wellness is the one that gets the slightest concentration 'mental health'. Many minorities have to contract with numerous stressful issues at once. For instance, current immigrants have to settle in to a new country, learn a new language, look for a good and secure job, afford proper residence for their family, and may also miss their relatives, and friends in their motherland of origin.

2.0 Methodology

In my literature review I will go to explain qualitative and quantitative methods. Basically I am going to use Secondary data from previous study, magazine article journal and books.

This research approached data gathering using the multi-method strategy, or the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Basically, the quantitative approach pursues facts and is employed when researchers desire to acquire statistical truth. According to Gall, Gall and Borg (2003), quantitative research assumes that the social environment has objective reality that is relatively constant across time and settings, while qualitative research assumes that individuals construct reality in the form of meanings and interpretations, and that these constructions tend to be transitory and situational.

The dominant methodology in the quantitative approach is to describe and explain features of the objective reality by collecting numerical data on observable behaviors of samples and by subjecting these data to statistical analysis. According to Smith (1983), “neutral, scientific language” (p. 9) must be used in quantitative research in pursuing exact facts. This means that the research itself must be expressed by universally acceptable digits. In this approach, in order to make generalizability, objectivity of the research is emphasized by using neutral scientific language. On the other hand, the qualitative approach aims to discover meanings and interpretations by studying cases intensively in natural settings and by subjecting the resulting data to analytic induction (Gall, Gall, and Borg, 2003).
