After reading all the three texts, I came to the conclusion that text 3 “Health and lifestyles-Summary of key findings” is the most reliable among all three.

Research done by renowned and reputed institutes including, Research Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, UCL Medical School and National Centre for Social Research, is elaborated with appropriate referencing and source of information. Web links are also given for further study. This adds more weightage to this text.
