Provisional Project Title

Organisational benefits of security surveillance. Surveillance is the practice of watching over a given terrain, its inhabitants, and their relations, commonly for the purpose of exercising instrumental control over that which is being watched.

Outline of the Project Environment

Client is a local firm deals in providing consultancy services to its various customers, the problem of firm is that their employees are not working efficiently and behaviour of some employees is not appropriate with clients and with other employees in the firm, which effects the productivity of firm and due to this reason firm can lose its valuable customers in future. Firm take this issue very seriously and want to solve this issue on prioritize basis.

There have been several reasons suggested for electronic surveillance. One suggestion is the simple fact that the technological possibility exists, new technology makes it easy to use and relatively inexpensive to install so that those with the desire, can indulge it more easily than ever before. In every field of life, anything gives utmost benefit when it is done with balance and proportionality, so how do we balance surveillance technologies with the protection of privacy

The other view of workplace surveillance is that employers have a legitimate right to conduct surveillance for the benefit of themselves and/or the community at large, for purposes such as the detection of fraud and other crimes, the deterrence of criminality, and in order to comply with laws such as discrimination and defamation law. In addition to electronic monitoring directly linked to performance assessment, employers may therefore also engage in surveillance practices involving the scanning of employee email and internet use, often for the purpose of meeting obligations to prevent employees from using these technologies to harass colleagues or access prohibited websites. But some employees take advantage of this form of quick communication and spend valuable time sending that perfect titbit of humour. Big problems arise when one or more of the recipients do not find the joke funny or are offended by it. In some cases, this can lead to a lawsuit. There is also employee refuses to follow directions and instructions. Their personal behaviour may make everyone around them uncomfortable or even form a hostile work environment. Sometimes these employees have a following of other co-workers who are just as abusive and insubordinate. Typically co-workers do not expect much from these employees and everyone is demoralized because of it. Usually other employees have to pick up additional work so the project gets done.

Solution I proposed for that problem is surveillance, in its simplest sense, surveillance is the act of observing or the condition of being observed, and it has always existed in some ...
