Sitting Bull

Sitting Bull was born in 1831, throughout that time life was large for persons on the large plains. The land supplied every thing that was required like the Bison supplied beef and coverings for shelter. While still a little progeny Sitting Bull wise to use a little boy's bow. With his bow he searched rabbits, birds and other little animals. There were furthermore equines to travel and streams to bathe life could not have been better for little Tatanka Yotanka.

As the young man increased to a juvenile he liked to verify himself to his people. At the juvenile age of 10 he displayed abilities in bravery when he slain his first Buffalo. At the age of fourteen he connected a raid against the Hunkapapa Lakota's (sitting bull's tribe) foe, the Absaroke (Bailey 254-364). They were very formidable foe and them self's strong warriors. Jumping bull the young men dad would pass away while murdering his own Crow slayer. At the age of fourteen the young man became a man and a warrior.

At the age of fifteen Tatanka displayed large bravery in a battle with the Flatheads in 1847. He traveled past there line joking and taunting regardless of the washing of projectiles and the projectiles administered at him. Bad things habitually occurred when the white men came into communicate with the Indians. Although the Lakota had arrived in communicate with the white men before but problem begun to heat up in the early 1850's because of expanded communicate directed to heritage conflicts.
