Introduction

More than 200 schools in the territory have been smoke-free, as the American Lung Association, Oregon and St. Thomas designs under Ariel Kendall; it's time for St. Thomas as well. The prohibition of the company shall proceed accordingly on 1 July and consists of students and school employees to smoke in private vehicles or off-campus sites. (Langlands, 2006)
