Communication has evolved as accessibility continues to grow with new technologies changing the way people stay connected. People have multiple modes of communication to choose from including: telephones, E-mail, instant messaging, text messaging, and social media websites (Bryfonski, 2012). Linkedin Twitter was introduced to the world in 2006 and Google launched its own site, Google Plus in 2011. This is big business. The number one most visited website in 2011 is Facebook. With Facebook showing no signs of slowing down, there is a tremendous amount of documented research on the site. The new medium and platform nowadays is famously termed as 'Social Media'. The advent of social media has changed the prospective and beliefs of the marketers as well as the consumers also. Now marketers prior to design and marketing policy keep the power of social media in their mind.
