Previous literature on the topic

The concept of motivation is used in different contexts and with different meanings. Motivation is also a highly complex phenomenon, which a person can define from different perspectives.

In the study of human behavior at work is just as attractive as the issues of motivation. There has always been interested in knowing the reasons why people act a certain way. The theoretical tools to achieve this knowledge are far from consensual. The term motivation has been used in various ways.
