The decline in employer-sponsored health insurance has generated excessive health problems for employees and their families in the United States. These interminable troubles aggravated by the current economic decline. The productivity of an employee can increased by insuring the uninsured employee, if only 20% of those workdays that lost due to the uninsured could have saved the over 160,000 workdays of the nation's productivity.
