As defined by the International Council of Nurses , nursing is the care, so, independent or in collaboration, individuals of all ages, families, groups and communities - the healthy or sick - what of the setting. They focus on promoting health, preventing disease, and the care provided to sick, disabled and dying. They also include defense, promote a healthy environment, research, participation in the development of health policy and management of health systems and patients, as well as health education.

I started my career 10 years back as a nurse and within these 10 years I have in-depth experience of nursing. During my 10 years experience, I served as an adult nurse in surgical and medical units and also have experience of nursing adolescents. From day one, when I joined this profession, I am obsessed with it. To serve the humanity is my only passion. I started my nursing profession after completion of my BSc (Hons) degree in nursing. Reflective practice is a learned activity that requires a methodical analysis, regular, implemented, serene and effective, which only comes with an intensive volunteer training.

Throughout my life, I tried to understand the concept of reflective ...
