The United Kingdom takes a different direction by making a medical welfare system for the poor and the elderly and leaving the rest of the Health care system to supporting themselves. NHS Birmingham Public Health is providing specialist and high quality service within West Midlands and Birmingham. There are three clinical division of NHS Birmingham Public Health to provide quality services to patients. Following are three divisions:
1. Adults & Community Division
2. Children & Families Division
3. Specialist Services Division
NHS Birmingham Public Health also aims to provide a range of healthcare services to local communities in north and east Birmingham. The purpose of this paper is to analyze NHS Birmingham Public Health. We shall be analyzing NHS Birmingham Public Health in order to know the cause and effect of external and internal factors this will help the Birmingham Public Health to compete in the industry. For analyzing Birmingham Public Health, we would be conducting internal analysis through the value chain analysis and external through porter's five forces analysis of NHS Birmingham Public Health situated in West Midlands of England Department of Health (2012a).

The company is at the process transition the procedure to be followed was decided that the company after undergoing a transformation, it will initiate its services. Where ever there will be a need identified for change and establishing the strategic outcomes, it will be incorporated after analyzing the structure and requirement from the local bodies. The steps can be further segregated into as following:
1. Vision Defining of organization, the vision of the organization included the specific requirements from the outcomes and development of a future business model for operations.
2. Planning and Shaping (Logical Design), planning how the business change will be achieved, defining governance and developing a full cost benefit case.
3. Design Determine the Solutions, the results required from an organization can be relied on the supporting technologies which will be required to deliver the required outcomes.
4. Service Creation delivering the design, the new organization will review the structure and evaluation of the policies, according to their requirements.
5. Proving and Transition, the company after review the internal process will go live for public and take over the task which were temporarily assigned to Marmot group.
6. Stabilization consolidating, organization will take a short span of time to stabilize it process, and the consolidated changes will be refined by time.
7. Benefits Realization, to stick to its original mission of Health lives, Health people. The organization will work for the public care and understand.
