Introduction

Leadership is the process of moving a group of people toward a specific outline and motivates it to work by choice, Successful leadership in the direction of movement of people who achieve their interests in the long run. Leadership behaviour is type of behaviour which is associated with exercise of authority. A leader is effective when his behaviour is characterized by the ability to influence other member of group or organization by initiating structures like goal setting. Goal setting helps people to overcome their problems successfully and achieve their group goals.

The leadership behaviour may not reflect their personalities of it may also be seen by other. Leaders' exhibit behaviours according to the situation as well as some leaders have universal behaviour (Tom, 1993, 15). The most effective leadership style is one that adapts to the employees in each situation, i.e., has good leadership to the team's needs.

Ron focused on his management in creating the circumstances in which team members could thrive.
