Subject: Organization response to the incident

Sir,

I am writing to you with reference to the recent incident that took place in the organization, in Brisbane. The incident, OHS incident, has raised a number of concerns and has highlight some of the essential and significant short comings of the organization, that need to be discussed at high level and preventative measures should be calculated, in order to avoid any such incident in future. As the incident deals with the health and well being of the employees, it has raised a number of concerns regarding the ethical rules and regulations of the organization, and thus the reputation is on stake.

This implies that workers should be increased according to the demand of the costumers, so that there are enough people available when need arises at the workshop.

Repair tools should be placed on a more prominent place, which is easier to reach and get the tools, without having to bend much. This is essential because the under bench storage causes the employees to bend for getting them, which increases the chances of having back pain and also causes wastage of time.

The seats in the repair vans should be substituted with more comfortable seats, so that employees can sit on them with ease while travelling to and from the repair site (generally situation far away from the workshop). This addition would also cause the employees to remain fresh and relaxed and work with ease, and return in the same manner. it would also avoid the chances of the employees getting back pain and other muscular pains due to sitting awkwardly for long.

The employees should be assigned different ...
