Strengths Based Leadership can be defined in terms of the three drivers to become a more successful and effectual leader: identifying strong points and endowing in others' potencies, getting people with the right potencies on team, and comprehending and fulfilling the four fundamental requirements of individuals who look for direction. More concisely, it may be that strengths based leaders devote in their individual strong points, make the most of their squad, and comprehend why people go after them.

The Clifton Strengths Finder (CSF) appliance is the centre of the Gallup representation. Strengths Finder 2.0 helped me to determine with the top five ideas (strengths) and wide-ranging descriptions of the strength points. Results of my top five strengths were: empathy, developer, individualization, positivity and achiever. After completing this CSF assessment independently, I found the exercise helpful and may be proficient to become accustomed to the way I put effort based on my strength ideas. From the concentration in the subject matter, workplace pessimism is all-encompassing in many places of work mores. As a Leader, how I deal with pessimistic employees at the place of work, while taken into account of my CSF assessment results.
