Introduction

Learning takes place every day in our lives. According to psychology, learning happens when cognition, emotion and environment influence a person's brain and this thinking process. This concept has given rise to different learning theories and learning methods. Keeping in mind the nature of learning, it cans occur over a long distance, across borders, internationally. However, group learning although has substantial benefits on a majority level, since group students all well aware of themselves and their respected set of skills which gets highlighted during task activities. On the contrary, it has its own downfalls, since students with a modest background or belonging to a quieter mood shall not be able to shine in a group learning (Gao, 2008).

Teachers matter more than anything; thus, we want teachers to succeed with students. Therefore, we must invest generously in the focused, coherent, and professional development of teachers that fueled dramatic growth in student achievement in places. Moreover, it becomes vital for implementing the theories for teaching and learning. However, it is important for the Learning to be constructive and effective. The function of teachers is very crucial among the constructivism of learning theory. Rather of affording a lecture the teachers in this theory purpose as catalyst whose purpose is to assist the student when it concerns their own understanding. This assumes away focal point from the lecture and teacher and puts it on the learning of the students (Tileston, 2005).

Discussion

Group learning is a joint process in which knowledge is not given as something finished, but rather as a process of construction by the group. In every group situation and learn from all of those who perform together. It is a diverse experience as the individual not only intellectual learning gains related to the object of knowledge, but can hold a confrontation of their frames of reference, he makes two types of knowledge: Individual and social development (Tileston, 2005). The reference scheme is defined as the set of experiences, knowledge and affection with which the individual thinks and acts, so the comparison of group schemes is indispensable for the construction of knowledge.
