I was fortunate enough to have the chance to attend the conference that was organized for the specific issue. Over the course of the conference, I observed that companies in Philippines worked to create harmony among the employees and bring them closer to one another. This also enables them to communicate their company values in a seamless manner and foster a congenial environment for work and employees. The conference was beneficial in providing me with a chance of understanding the approach the locals have towards business. Introduction

What is known as organizational culture is basically a concept consists of a set of beliefs, values ??and behavior patterns that identify one organization from another. Generally, companies have a strategic plan in which you can find beautiful and elegant phrases that "portray" their purposes and values, including: mission, vision, company philosophy and logical values. These strategic plans include phrases like: "One of our core values ??is commitment; we mean ethics and professionalism, concern for social problems of our environment, provision of service." But what actually happens inside the company? The most common is that these phrases are in the dead letter paper and do not apply, the service is lousy, deliveries are not met in the periods specified, the factory is polluting the nearby creek, and so on.

This fact allows us to appreciate that within the companies and especially the managers, it is not clear that shared values ??really are a competitive weapon rather the despised to the point of considering them useless phrases to corporate performance that only serve to show occasionally to employees to make them feel a little better (Kirkman, B. 2001)..
