Introduction

Surrealism is a method="color: Red;">heritage movement and creative method that was founded in 1924 by André Breton. Surrealism style benefits visual imagery from the subconscious mind to create art without the intention of ordered comprehensibility.

The movement was begun primarily in Europe, centered in Paris, and attracted numerous of the constituents of the Dada community. Influenced by the psychoanalytical work of Freud and Jung, there are likenesses between the Surrealist action and the Symbolist action of the late 19th century. Surrealism is often recounted as the most influential of all twentieth-century art movements. Its poetic sensibility and way of seeing truth is so pervasive that we take it for granted now. Some of the greatest artists of the 20th century became engaged in the Surrealist action, and the group encompassed Giorgio de Chirico, Man Ray, René Magritte, and numerous others. (Solomon, 2005)The Surrealist movement eventually spread across the globe, and has influenced artistic endeavors from painting and sculpture to pop music and film directing. The greatest renowned Surrealist artist is the world well renowned Salvador Dali. (Graham, 2005)

Many of the most suggestive early demonstrations came from Czechoslovakia, where Surrealism would become a lasting influence. Subsequently, Surrealist concepts and images had a deep impact on image-makers in every sphere of art and design, and by the 1960s the effects of Surrealism were broadly sensed in worldwide graphic conceive and trace this intermittent line of development up to the present.  Work showing a powerful liability to Surrealism appears only when a designer appears who is attuned to this way of conceiving, imagining and imagining. Most graphic design conforms to an underlying grid, a sense of structure and expert good flavour, which brings order but furthermore imposes limits. From the bursts of nonsense and deranged flights of fancy in contemporary humor to David Lynch's disturbing journeys into the secret backwaters of desire, Surrealism has exposed the liberating power of the unconscious mind. Yet, regardless of its location at the dark heart of visual heritage, Surrealism's implications for the financial art of graphic design have never received much vigilance in learned past records and informal reviews. (Graham, 2005)Dada and Futurism, by contrast, were such fertile sources of new approaches to typography that they remain essential points of comparison and, indeed, benchmarks for all subsequent attempts to manipulate letterforms for expressive effect; and this applies even to designs that share no philosophical or ideological aims with the Dadaists and Futurists.
