Research Method

We have used Mix Methodologies in this research proposal. We have consulted from vast array of books out of which few are available online, that explains the basic theoretical background of telecommunication and its services. We have conducted the major portion of research by going through secondary and primary academic and general research journals, news paper articles and conducted a thorough analysis of the available content in this regard. In addition, we have researched on Internet as well regarding current techniques and strategies used by telecommunication sector and its services. Great number of student researches is already available in Official Libraries, which has made it easier for us to access and obtain maximum information and knowledge regarding the subject. The discussions are mainly based more on qualitative research as compare to quantitative research (Strouse, 2004).

Data Collection

Data will be collected through the questionnaires and also the secondary sources would be considered to analyze the data and discussions.

Population Identification

The sample population that will be chosen for the purpose of this research study will be the staff of various telecommunication companies. Moreover, the fact that will be considered the most important while choosing the population identification will be the service providers of telecommunication companies. The staff of telecommunication sector will be questioned regarding the services in order to inquire to what extent the company's focus on the provision of services. Lastly, the customers of telecommunication companies will also be questioned.

Reliability and Validity

The term tendency is a traditionally aggressive pejorative frequently instructed at activity analysis. As much as possible, the insufficient tendency comprises conditions in which stability and credibility can increase. Most susceptible to costs of tendency are activity analysis queries with a low vividness point (i.e., a small N), restricted interpreter stability, and uncertain data triangulation. This research intends to fulfill all the criterion of reliability and validity for the purpose of making the research valuable and generalized (Strouse, 2004).

Premises

The limitations of the research are those features of style or technique that set factors on the application or presentation of the results of the study; that is, the restrictions on generalization and application of conclusions that are the result of the gadgets of style or method that identify inner and exterior credibility. The most apparent restriction would associate with the ability to sketch illustrative or inferential results from example data about a larger group. Furthermore, the limitations of the study might include the time scale provided, the budget allocated and most importantly any biases that make the researchers prejudiced.
