Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has declared the Flooding disaster for the state of TEXAS. The repeating floods took place in the state of Texas during 2006 and 2007. The disaster was horrible and it caused 11 deaths. Flood was mainly caused by the tropical belt of rain that went far up north.
