ABSTRACT

In this study we try to explore the concept of Part-Time Employment in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on attitude of part time employees as compared to full-time employees and its relation with their motivation and performance. The research also analyzes many aspects of Part-Time Employment and tries to gauge its effect on employee motivation. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for part time employee motivation and tries to describe the overall effect as compared to full time employees.
