The operations of army mainly depend on communication within departments or more specifically between troops, which needs to be effective. In an army status, effective communication is the authentic reproduction of orders or instructions generating from thoughts, observations, warnings, which are expressed to soldiers in forms of written, verbal, or pictorial form with implanted strategies on which the soldier has to operate in the given conditions. In this processes the communicator is the leader and the policy maker who communicates to various targeted receivers who are usually soldiers in this regard. In army, the receivers found it mandatory to oblige the communicated programs by the leaders, as they have to follow the given processes.

Effective communication can be achieved by an army official through strong and motivated interpersonal communication, as it is important for the official to make his terms clear down the level. The attribute of an effective communication is not a trait, which is inherent in an individual; however, the particular skill requires masterful skills from achieved from hard work. The basis of an army operation depends on how well the communication is inserted in the troops for the purpose of achieving effective and efficient operational success (Crowley, 1994).
