Introduction

The paper covers the three major gaps between Human Resource practices and the scientific research on job satisfaction. We will also focus on research on job satisfaction that resolves around each of the three gaps and identify areas where these gaps still exist and how our research on job satisfaction can help close these gaps.

The three gaps in discussion are the causes of employee attitudes towards job satisfaction, the results of positive and negative job satisfaction, and the ways in which we can measure and influence employee attitudes.

Solutions to seal these gaps include enhanced role and practices of the HR mangers to develop effective employee attitude measures and understand conduct research based techniques to improve employee attitudes and help direct an organizational change.

We will also analyze the solution for change with practical examples of how can an organization measure and enhance employee attitude towards job satisfaction.

Discussion

Human capital management also known as Human resource management has growing importance. Many studies have been pointing out the importance planning of human resources and the need its connection with the company strategy.

Our discussion for today works on the key problems or gaps of between Human Resource practices and the scientific research on job satisfaction. The first gap states the causes of employee attitudes towards job satisfaction.

The opportunities and challenges are very important to keep the work attractive and exciting. Employees seek elements that keep them focused on their work and loyal to the organization are the key players in this matter. Growth opportunities like increment, incentives or role based growth keeps the employee on foot and challenges for working diligently to achieve targets make them assess their own potential and capabilities.

Employees can never be satisfied with their work environment until they are given an open culture in the organization. An open culture is necessary for employees to express their grievances and suggestions for improvement. This means, among other things, that employees and managers can call each other's attention to their own responsibilities. This is manifested in the extent to which employees are informed about the results of the company and tasks. Each employee is able to communicate well with other coworkers and express their own views and opinions openly.

Another way of creating an environment for employees to be satisfied at the job is by giving them freedom to practice their knowledge. Freedom gives employees the necessary space to develop their own initiatives and create a sense of ownership. At the same time, freedom also means taking one's own responsibilities. Employees speak and take actions on their own ideas and are able to make improvements in the current working conditions.
