Introduction

There is no doubt that the phenomenon of crime and the offense is one of the most dangerous social phenomena that threaten the human race in its security and stability, and even his life. Crime is a complex socio-legal phenomenon, whereby it is studied by different scientists exploring some of its side (Unnever, 2004). Study of crime helps to understand the nature of the crime, where the results of his research to help community leaders and law enforcement officials in their efforts to prevent crime. Crime refers to a set of acts that are carried out against the laws which are normally implemented and generally accepted by the entire society overall.

Crime Rate is a big problem all time in every country of the world. Every process running in that country directly or indirectly affected by this factor very much. It depends on the geographic, economic, demographic, social and political conditions and structure of the country. As crime rate is depend on these big factors; therefore, reducing crime rate becomes a very serious and unsolved issue in many countries until now especially in those countries that are large in size either in population or size. Another important factor that leads crime rate up to a very big level is the literacy rate or education level and the justice given to the peoples of any respective country (Messner, 2002). Crime rate in many parts of the world is quite high. The reason because of which crime rate is very high in several countries is due to various criminal activities performed by the gangsters. Though, police and law enforcing agencies are taking all possible measures to control the criminal activities taking place in many parts of the world. They have succeeded but they need more efforts in preventing the criminal activities that are taking place in various countries and cities.

America as a Leading Country in Crime Sector

America is considered as the most developed country and a place where richest peoples of the world lives and manages their business all over the world. Due to this economic importance of United States a large amount of crime rate is present in this region. The reports available on a website, which is related to crimes conducted in the world says that there are 63,531,202 crimes conducted in world out of which 11,877,218 conducted in America only. This shows that a large percentage of crime is conducted only in the United States (Tehrani, 2010).

In America, crime is also a very big issue. The department heads try their best to achieve their goals to make their respective areas become crime free zones. In America, every year a large number of peoples migrate to America, as it is the country that has high rate of diversity which attracts large number of peoples.
