The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the case study of Mr. H. Mr. H. was having a problem of revision of his left hip because of the infection. Mr. H was suffering from the ulcer and his previous surgical site is not healing due to an infection. He had undergone a fracture, treated with total hip arthroplasty with Complications to his hematoma, underwent irrigation and debridement, eventually went on to develop Infection, underwent removal of the implant, underwent repeat irrigation and debridement because of continued infection, eventually underwent revision total hip arthroplasty, for which now he is followed up with acute effusion sepsis versus hemarthrosis. The patient presents for this surgical procedure.The concept of resilience, which is already based on many prevention programs and interventions for young people, starts making its way into adult medicine. The following long courses of patients with chronic diseases requires caregivers to identify both the problems that those resources should be mobilized to participate actively in their treatment. Thus, a better understanding of this concept and the opportunities it offers in the field of therapeutic education should enable these therapists, by encouraging them to change their view of both their patients upon themselves to broaden the range of resources they must mobilize themselves to accompany their patients successfully over time. Resilience is the crucial component in determining the way individuals react and deal with stress.
