The shadow effect is a film of Debbie Ford and features inspirational leaders such as Dr. Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson and Mark Victor Hansen.

This film not only shows us how to publicize our shadows, but how to understand and deal with them. Bring our shadows into the light, energy access, happiness, awareness and confidence that we are living our lives to their fullest potential. It is a pleasure to examine the effect of shadow.

The film opens with Debbie Ford tell her inspiring story to tell that I had to overcome years of drug abuse or face death. Although it was after four periods of rehabilitation as others, is this time I would. Debbie really understands how to face our shadow is important for us to live consciously create the life you want.
