Abstract

Currently this is the period of transformation in the UK hspitality industry, the present progress in the direction of supplementary business point of view in the position of mid level hospitality industry manager. The real connotation these days of food and hospitality positions might be far fewer than it has been throughout the vocational advancements of those mid-level managers currntly employed in the hsopitality industry. If this supposition turns out to be the case, there could be a budding inclination of mid-level managers inflowing from other industries then the hospitality industry. They may enter directly to the upper level management. This generates implications for the blatantly “recognized” career course of hospitality mid-level managers. This study reviews the importance of qualification for mid level mid-level managers in the hospitality industry.
