Bullying

This Bill conceives the School Bullying Prevention Act.  The goals of this Act is to supply a safer discovering natural environment for scholars assisting public schools, encompassing vessel for charter schools, in the State of Delaware and for the employees constituents of those institutions.

Section 1.  Amend Title 14 of the Delaware Code by supplementing thereto a new § 4123A to read as follows:

 "§ 4123A.  School Bullying Prevention and Criminal Youth Gang Detection teaching.

Section 2.  Amend Chapter 41, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by supplementing thereto a new § 4112D, to read as follows:

 "§ 4112D.  School Bullying Prevention.

 

 (a) Definition of bullying.

  As utilised in this part, bullying entails any intentional in writing, electrical devices, verbal or personal proceed or activities contrary to another individual that a sensible individual under the attenuating components should understand will have the result of:
