1. Introduction

Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and methods are now accepted as part of "almost every manager's toolkit, the majority of large companies (such as GoodSport in this case) has" adopted TQM in some form or another, and official quality awards " Honor, is whether the company operates in Japan, the United States, Europe and Australia. The implementation of TQM is a major organisational change that requires changes in organisational culture, processes, strategic priorities and beliefs, and others.

Managers can use the connection and interdependence between the factors as a starting point for assessing the current stage, the definition of performance indicators, assign responsibilities and resources within the organisation and to monitor progress in achieving a company wide improvement in TQM.

GoodSport is a manufacturer of fitness equipment, looking to increase profit growth and expanding market share. As an organisation develops, Associates faced a number of obstacles. This analysis considered the organisational structure and organisational culture GoodSport.

Part of the analysis also in determining the structure and culture are compatible. The following analysis is to determine the structures of power and politics that are part of GoodSport. Good Sports Guide has undergone several changes in the initiative, with an inefficient implementation. It is necessary to determine the quality initiative, which would be the most effective implementation of this history. In general, the strategy will be identified and described as best practices related to the regulation of conflict and resistance to the implementation of total quality management. 1. Assessment of the current organisation

In my current one organisation Ould use a lot of improvements in quality. Incorporating TQM, we would have a better assessment of our monthly checks and we could also receive additional funding from the state. I believe that we should adopt a more systemic thinking approach when making decisions about various processes of notating and recording judgments. If my organisation can come to a consensus that the rights of these reports, the quality of our work will be at a level that the state expects it to be. TQM can help us reach this level.

2. Review of literature on Total Quality Management

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a holistic approach covering all aspects of the organisation. TQM strategy is defined as "a set of quality management activities or critical factors that are practiced in the organisation to achieve the excellent organisational work (Ahire, 2006).
