Company's Introduction

France Telecom is the main French telecommunication services provider and the 105th global enterprise. It employs about 167 000, consisting of approximately 80 000 overseas, and serves more than 200 million customers worldwide. Its trademark lighthouse is Orange, which also aims to become the short term the group name as a whole.

France Telecom develops and sells three main types of services under the brand Orange:

Communication services (HCS), which remain in their historic brand in countries where France Telecom is the incumbent operator (France, Poland, Jordan, Senegal, etc.).

Personal communication services (PCS),

Communication Services Company (SCE).

It bases its future on a strategy of converged services, including Unik that has been the first most visible manifestation.

France Telecom is the current manager of the universal telecommunications service. France Telecom also owns and operates:

The first telephone booths have appeared in Paris in 1884, and gradually spread over the territory, until the 1990s, when development and explosion of mobile telephony has led to the decline in profitability due to these booths: thus in 1996 there were 290,000 in France in 2009.

To ensure a sustainable growth policy, the France Telecom expands its activities to the sale of content (music, movies, and download.), e-commerce, online advertising solutions M2M, home automation, and tele-care to patients. It also develops a strong geographical scope of its activities by investing heavily in the emerging markets of the world.

In this current scenario, the companies have hired 10 new employees. Although he hired employees have all the required capabilities but they are facing the following problems:

There was no initial orientation regarding the company's introduction and its business range.

Newly hired employees have conflicting information regarding the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of the company.

The supervisor working in shift are providing them the information which is dubious and not according to the company procedures. Even the guidance of one supervisor is conflicting with other.
