Introduction

According to (Baltes, 1987) Life development psychology is a field of psychology which involves the change of both human behavior and consistency. Life development psychology focuses on diverse issues ranging from the individual growth as an infant, to the losses and gains observed in an individual in ageing stage. Young childhood is a time when individual child is facing various circumstances in his or her life. The transition from a young child to adulthood involves economic, social and interpersonal dynamic time of the life development phase as child leaves their family, finish his or her school, enter into the workforce and plan to develop his or her own family. The need for personal development and uniqueness has been identified as to be most fundamental social and fundamental values (Boucher .C.H, 2009). Individuation can be perceived as a state of distinct difference that one can feel in order to differentiate him or her from others. In many researches, it has been proved that high individuates were more likely to disagree with others opinion, and they also have more leadership and creativity skills as compare to less individuates.

Transition from adolescence to early adulthood in terms of the developmental processes

Developmental process consists of 5 stages, Adolescence, early adulthood, middle adulthood, late adulthood, and final thoughts. When we talk about adolescence it is very difficult to find exactly when this stage begins or ends, as both starting and end point of this phase is subject to individual variation. Intellectual maturity can vary widely.
