The helath of the community mebers is the combined responsibility of each and every community member. There is a huge role of agencies while providing the community services in order to create awareness among the communities about the diseases and their consequences.

 Local Agency: Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) 

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) is a local agency in UK that works for providing the guidance about the diseases and health in communities. The agency is a very supportive for the community in order to provide them the necessary facilities.

National Agency: National Health Services

National Health Services is a British agency that works to provide the awareness about the diseases and health care settings in the community. Thus, this agency is a very beneficial agency that helps in giving aid about the facilities.

International Agency: World Health Organisation

World health organisation is an international health agency. The main purpose of the organisation is to provide the healthcare facilities around the globe, and increase the healthcare awareness.

Tuberculosis

There is a huge rate of tuberculosis in England, it is increasing dya by day. From the below graph, it is obviuous that the rate of the tuberculosis is continuously increasing with every passing year in England. According to the estimations, almost 14% of the total population in England is suffering from tuberculosis. It is expected that the number of victims of tuberculosis is 7.4 million habitants. The rate is higher in the people living in Urban areas.

Cancer

According to the figure given below, the num,ber of people suffering from cancer has increased. The figures shows the cases mentioned on the basis of age. Cervical cancer is the most common cancer in females aged fewer than 35, with more than 700 cases being diagnosed in the UK each year. There are two peaks in the age-specific incidence rates: the first is in women aged 30-34 (at 19 per 100,000 women), and the second is in women aged 75 and over (at 13 per 100,000 women).
