In this book the writer, Woody Holton turn over what we believe and think of the origination of the Constitution by the untold history of the Americans as a common man who were forced and challenged the Constitution to be followed and the revisions that made up such documents that we now reverse. The Constitution is not the so called Fundamental law. They neither require civil rights, nor limit state power, just as the law on the organization and responsibilities of state organs, which is not the modern meaning of the Constitution.
