Introduction

Communal network service focuses on the construction and verification of online social systems for groups of people who share concerns and undertakings, or who are involved in exploring the interests and activities of others, and which necessitates the use of software. It involves plenty of relationships and interactions within a group of individuals, which often plays a fundamental role as a medium for the spread of information, ideas, and influence among its members. The social network could be a chat room, a discussion forum, or sometimes with rating and comment functions embedded in an e-shopping website, such as a social recommendation system (Boyd, 2004, pp.56-72).

RQ1: For constituents of communal networking sites, how does trust in the location and its other constituents affect enthusiasm to Share data and evolve new relationships?

R2: To what extent do trust and privacy concerns with online social networking which limit organisational use of these technologies for e-Commerce purposes?

The Social Networking and e-Commerce can play an important role for companies which are interested to see the potential of social networks for advertising, marketing to targeted and segmented customers, and reaching out to users with big social networks for collaboration.
