Introduction

In this paper, a case will be discussed with respect to the violation of 4th amendment individual rights. The 4th amendment rights state the right of people to be secure in their houses, persons, effects, and, papers against seizures and unreasonable searches shall not be violated in any case, and no Warrants shall be issued, but upon possible cause. Supported by pledge or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched/investigated and the persons or things to be in custody (Cooley, 2008).
