There is a serious need or reviewing some of the organizational policies of the Wal-Mart, so that wal-mart once can be on the top of the list of the most profitable organizations of the world. In the end we will propose a set of solutions that could be adopted by the Wal-Mart for covering up its economical loses that have been suffered by the organization in past few months. The issues regarding in equitability has to be resolved by the Wal-Mart as there have been many claims in the Wal-Mart regarding in equitability in the practices towards the competitors, its employees and the suppliers.
