I agree that many of the traditional medical practices benefit in competition with the new, more advanced, despite the fact that the absence of reliable data exist on the safety and effectiveness of their application on health policy.

The main challenge of this study links between social determinants and health to establish a hierarchy among the factors determining broader social, economic, political, genetics and mediations through which these factors affect the health status of individuals and groups since the relation of determination is not a simple direct cause-effect.
