Introduction

We hear the term "State" is used almost daily in news and media, but if you asked a separate definition of this can often mean different interpretations. The Oxford Dictionary defines it as "a political community is organized within a single government, and from this point of view, we live in a democratic society, this is a widespread belief that a large part of British society to elect a government, it is considered appropriate to run the country's government. Politically, many chroniclers could challenge this view, since it is based voting system, but the government is responsible for the functioning of the state as efficiently and effectively (Greenberg et al., 2002).
