Introduction

The focus of the 1602 tragedy premiered “Hamlet” by William Shakespeare. He 'Hamlet' is the young prince of Denmark, who is called upon to avenge the murder of his father. During the lifetime of Shakespeare, the piece was among the most popular of England and still ranks among the texts most accomplished in the world, at the top, including the list of the Royal Shakespeare Company since 1879. Writing for the Lord Chamberlain's Men, it is estimated that about Hamlet have been written about 80,000 volumes, many of them are certainly the works of big names that have been influenced by the Shakespearean tragedy, as Machado and Goethe and Dickens and Joyce.
