Winston Churchill

Winston Churchill is regarded as one of the greatest leaders of war times. He led the United Kingdom through the Second World War. He served the Kingdom as a prime minister twice, first during 1940-45 and then during 1951-55. He was an artist, a historian and a writer. He also served the British Army as an Officer. He is the only prime minister to win a Nobel Prize of Literature and the first person to become an Honorary Citizen of the United States. Literature and was eventually named an honorary citizen of the United States of America.

Churchill was born on November 30, 1874 in Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire. Churchill was born into the noble family of the Dukes of Marlborough. His father was Lord Randolph Churchill was a charismatic politician and Chancellor of the Exchequer of the United Kingdom, and his mother, Jenny Jerome was an American socialite. As a child he encountered school difficulties since their work was poor and lacked dedication. Still did well on their math and history subjects.

Churchill's parents were not very religious and moral left much to be desired. Both spouses had been unfaithful to each other on several occasions. Educating the young Winston was not easy. After living the first years as a spoiled child, without many obligations, the arrival of a governess to the house, and the obligation to learn to read and write in a few months so traumatized. His nanny had taught him some rudiments, but had to quickly learn to read, to join one of the private schools in which raised the country's elite.

For Churchill managed to overcome many of these obstacles as stuttering, their personal traumas and lack of adaptation to the authoritarian models. The second condition is to have their own opinion of things but this is in conflict with that of the majority. The third condition is the love of knowledge. Churchill never hated learning, but nobody bothered to teach the profits of the subjects had to study. His every move was dictated by a zest for life and a desire to achieve a certain goal. Churchill was a man of concrete and was never afraid to take risks.
