Introduction

In this research paper we are going to discuss the environmental values. WTO plays an important role in environmental issues, in this study we focus an some certain cases like agriculture and how WTO acted to protect in environment.

In a recent article, McCarthy and Prudham (2004 pp.25-30) deplored the lack of academic attention to neo-liberalism, ecological or environmental change and ecological or environmental political ties. The rise of neo-liberalism as the dominant state discourse of our times the establishment is now more widely recognized and understood ([Peck, 2001 pp.45-70]. Where as commentators do not agree with the extent of neo-liberal hegemony can be regarded as confirmed, there will be a lot of geography and McCarthy and Prudham agree with that neo-liberalism represents a "the most powerful ideological and political control projects around the world, appears after the Keynesian" (2004, p. 275), discursively, as head of state restructuring driven projects consistent, but As a highly variable and adaptive set of instructions for the government. Academic interest in the impact of growing space, subjects and techniques of governance as a process, not only to run on many different scales, but it is set (Higgins and Lawrence, 2005 pp.45-56) is now encrypted in a broad policy or strategy options.

Interest is also growing, however, discourse and resistance mechanisms of these procedures, given the apparent failure and the assertion of a project, market advantages and commercialization of associated physical and social organizations in all aspects of the principles, procedures contradictory life. According to this new study agenda, ecological and environmental protests and concerns may constitute a place of local and foreign power against the neo-liberal project. Ecology or environmentalists questioned whether it is economic growth, the bold new mode of liberals seeking to promote sustainability, and they try to market to make up for the deterioration of ecological environment of the method or nature of the results ([Benton, 1996 pp.45-58] , [McCarthy and Prudham, 2004 pp.12-15] and [Robertson, 2004 pp.1-30-56]).

Way, this resistance organizations and describes different policy or strategy areas under the jurisdiction of the analysis is particularly valuable at. Rooted in study, so that neo-liberalism as a political struggle is completely contingent set decompression, strategies and skills ([Rana, 2000 pp.12-30], [Rana and so on., 2006 pp.212] and [Castree, 2006 pp.23-30]), but also reveal different the jurisdiction of the controversial political strategy (Le Heron, 2006 pp.12-30). Thus, with the neo-liberal and social-ecological and environmental consequences of the most useful history is often a key appointment, special geographical location, must be seen as trying to understand the ecological and environmental consequences, and geographic space in different specific 'neoliberalisations the impact of the governance framework and context.

The liberalization of the agricultural culture is a particularly interesting case, one of the anti-form around it must be removed in the fight against protectionism in the interests of southern rural poverty and cultural debate on agricultural subsidies, and the ecological environment integrity ...
