Introduction

The educational process developed at the school has a professional process, educational and systematic basis. It is based on the traditional pedagogical, theoretical conception and intentionally aimed at preparing social subjects to life and in the first place to work. For decades, it has been claimed that teaching and content education is a moral enterprise. To many, this claim means that educational institutions and teachers have a moral and ethical obligation to the system, to students, and to the community to make students learn creative concepts. As a result of this, the entire educational system and teaching framework is founded upon moral and ethical ethos that can be found in its rules and policies, curriculum, dress codes, and rewards and punishments. Besides these factors and school learning there can be other ways in which one can learn and gain experience. The aim of this paper is to talk about one such learning method in variegated aspects. In this paper, the discussion is done about the experience of a part-time job and how it lends a hand in learning and gaining education.

Across the scores of educational institutes, the term learning has become a more general term; almost every society, community and even the marketplace where the business occurs have made effective use for the purpose and objective of making learning a more approachable, practical and effective approach to everyone living in the society. In the article, “Adult Learning Theory for the Twenty-First Century” by Sharan Merriam, the author describes adult learning like a multidimensional phenomenon which can be done in variegated places. Similarly, this part time job has taught me a number of lessons that would help me out to a great deal in various courses of my university. In almost every course that we take in our university asks us to submit and work on different projects and assignments. In order to complete assignments we need to conduct research. As I would have immense knowledge and experience of research so, this would allow me to do my projects and reports in an efficient and effective way. Moreover, presentation is an essential phenomenon. In this part-time job, I am learning various aspects of report presentation so; this would make my report appear in a presentable and professional form. In this part-time job, I have to follow a set standard of formatting so; this would allow me to follow the instructions of my tutor, which in turn, would earn me satisfactory grades.

Besides the above discussed advantages that I may have the form this job on my academics, there are several other fields in which I can incorporate the learning experience of this part-time job. In practical field, when I would be at some managerial post, and I would have to make decisions then I would be required to present the rational for my decisions.
