CPA (Certified Public Accountants) is one role that is an important one of the field of accounting. It is an integral part for the business globally and holds enormous position in the world of business internationally. CPAs help with the preparations of tax, auditing (internal and external both), financial planning and managing an accounting system efficiently. A CPA is the one who passes the CPA exam which is held by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also the ones who have received a certification from the state to practice accounting. In order to become a CPA, the person has to complete 5 years of education and also some kind of work experience related to the degree. Once the person becomes a CPA, he should complete some number of hours of continuing education every year. CPA's are well aware of the workings of their organizations and also have an answer to it (Wiley, 2012). They have an ability to generate, analyze and also interpreting the financial information which makes them the first ones who knows where the company is currently standing and about its future performance.
