Action Plan

Introduction

For a process to run smoothly, it is essential to ensure that it is free from all the system deficiencies. However, since my department is considered to be a primary source of the system issues, I have proposed an action plan to begin the solution process. The problem that is being encountered is with regards to environmental services; more specifically the excessive amount of time that is required to prepare an inpatient room after the discharge of a patient in order to receive a new patient. In this paper, I have presented some solution with regards to the problem and have discussed the feasibility for each solution that has been proposed.
