Findings

The present study used the Marks and Spencer organizational management style, the different type culture used in the organization and the employee's satisfaction level. According to the findings of the study, all of the hypotheses are accepted except the one which emphasized that there is an impact of age on the job satisfaction level. For conducting the research of the study, the primary qualitative research is used. For this purpose, different types of questions were made. Different types of people are selected for filling the questionnaires. These peoples are from different age groups and also from different management posts.

The findings concluded that the small change in economic growth affected the profits of the company. An increased in the economic growth increased the profitability while decrease in the economic growth decreased the profitability of the organization. The factors in the increasing economic growth include the decreasing amount of the inflation level, unemployment, debt level, tax rate etc. the findings also emphasized on the increased level of cost which reduced the profitability. This hypothesis is also accepted because of the operational cost of the organization. Decrease in the economic growth increased the cost of the organization which in turn decreased the profitability of the organization. These costs of the organization include the fixed cost, variable cost and the overhead cost of the organization.

The study also discussed the difference between management styles of Asian and American employees. The accepted hypothesis concluded that there is a large number of differences in the management style of the American management and the Asian management. These included the cultural differences, communication differences, organizational structural differences etc. Because of these differences, the organization have to adopt the Asian management style in order to survive in the Asian continent. According to the hypotheses made on the employee's satisfaction level, stress level and the organizational structure, the workforce of the organization needed the hierarchy base organization. While, according to the findings of the questionnaire, the training and workshops are necessary in the organization. In this way, an organization can easily decrease the stress level of the workforce. The questionnaire also discussed that there is no need of the age in the job satisfaction level. People of the organization were satisfied by the rewards. These rewards were money reward, bonus reward or the high post reward.
