Purpose of the assessment: (Hint: Aim of assessment and reason for undertaking)

The purpose and context of the assessment plan is to assess the students with respect to their examination of the capabilities they possess from the learning environment. The assessment has been done at the Jack's Real Estate Agency that will take 3 weeks of period for the assessment. The assessment plan is also aimed at assessing whether the student is eligible to provide later on the services within the environment of RTO that is fully complied with it. Moreover, the assessment of the strategy along with the scope of delivery and registration are also considered to be the important factors with regard to the purpose of the assessment plan. Through this assessment plan, it will be analysed whether student will be able to fulfill his role when he is able to comply with the policies and procedures of the Registered Training Organizations. When the student has fulfilled his role, he will be able to produce the cost effective and greatly efficient system aimed at increasing the knowledge of other individuals about the health and safety procedures of the organization he is working for.

Explain how you identified and clarified the purpose of assessment with the client:

The identification and clarification of the purpose of assessment has been done by providing client, complete details about the plan that include specific but complete details about the Registered Training Organizations and how it will benefit the chosen organization. Furthermore, the purpose of assessment has been identified and made clear to the client by describing him the activities that the employee is eligible to perform for him during the organizational operations.

Conditions of Assessment (Hint: Environment in which assessment is to be carried out and who is involved)

The conditions that have been assessed in this plan are in complete accordance with respect to the environment of the Registered Training Organization. The environment of the Registered Training Organization (RTO) implies that the quality, policies, compliance, registration and the management of quality should be fulfilled by the employee being assessed. Moreover, the environment where assessment has been done is also in accordance to the assessment criteria approved by the operations of the Registered Training Organizations. Moreover, the legislation with regard to the Registered Training Organization, practice codes of the RTOs along with the standards of management for the OHS.
