Introduction

Simulator maintains the prospective to make a new paradigm for breastfeeding knowledge. As teachers, we all know the issues: lowered medical location websites, less staff, terrible pay machines, and a force to improve category styles. These concerns are putting demand on our educational techniques and we are hurrying to deal, innovate, and endure. It can feel overwhelming! It is overwhelming! But, there is an answer: Simulator done right!!!

Medical simulator is used with increasing consistency in prelicensure nursing education curricula. Doctor teachers naturally sense that the simulator experience is a powerful student studying technique, yet much of the released nursing research is limited to student self-report data about effective factors such as self-confidence and satisfaction. With increased use of simulator, there is a corresponding need to measure the effect and efficiency of this studying and teaching technique on satisfaction of stated student studying results at both the course and the program level. This article provides a structure for determining the effect of scientific simulator encounters using input-environment-outcome analysis model. Techniques to the statistic of key feedback, environmental, and result signs or symptoms are described, and a planning structure for calculating student performance is recommended (Ward-Smith, 2008).

The simulator laboratories were developed to provide learners a realistic medical experience, according to Dr. Mailloux. They involve two, single-bed laboratories and a hospital settings that are each filled by high-tech mannequins that are developed to replicate signs and circumstances medical professionals are likely to see in a real care establishing. By employing the laboratories, learners obtain the wide range of abilities needed for doing medical professionals, including illustrating blood and clinging an IV bag to appropriate keeping a nasogastric pipe and a catheter (McCausland, Curran, & Cataldi 2004).
