Introduction

In Computer Science, an algorithm is a set of steps for calculations. According to Webopedia, algorithm is “a formula or set of steps” that are undertaken for the purpose of solving a particular problem. The dictionary further states that in order to be an algorithm, the set of rules or step by step procedure must not be ambiguous and must end at particular point. The Oxford Online Dictionary defines the algorithm as a “process of set of rules” that is followed when doing calculations or undertaking other operations aimed at solving a specific problem especially “by a ...
