Introduction

Philosophy of science is related to the foundations, assumptions, methods, use, merit of science and implications of science. This discipline is often overlapped with epistemology and metaphysics, when it is used in exploring that whether the particular results are based on truth or not. In addition to all these critical issues of science, there are philosophers of science that are considering issues that can be applied to any specific science such as philosophy of physics or philosophy of biology.

The main aim of the research work can also be an extension of previous work in any particular field . It is highly recommended that the philosophies of science and research approaches need to be aligned as it will help in gathering systematic and true results. Both these disciplines will complement each other as there are various factors in these two that can help both the philosophers and researchers in gathering of true facts and figures (Magill, 2006).
