INFORMED CONSENT AGREEMENT

Dear Participant,

You have been approached to participate in an education dissertation. The purpose of this research is to explore international students' perceptions on how a self-access centre supports their integration in a higher education context. Kindly go through the instruction below before giving your consent to participate in this research.

If you choose to participate in this study, it will take 30 - 40 minutes of your time. Your participation is highly appreciated and is completely your wish to volunteer for the participation or withdraw at anytime. In order to make sure that the research is following ethical guidelines, the following steps are taken: 1) your participation will be completely anonymous and no personal information will be obtained for this research 2) none of the participants names will be revealed; instead, pooled data will be reported 3) only the researcher will have access to your information 4) information collected will be kept in a safe location and password protected.
