CHAPTER 01- INTRODUCTION
Outline of the study
This study will be based on three chapters. Chapter one will provide the background of the topic with respect to research aims and objectives. In addition, the first chapter will provide the purpose of the study. In chapter two, the study will discuss the literature review of previous studies conducted in the same field. Furthermore, chapter three will discuss the research methodology, tools and techniques that will used to achieve the research objectives. Chapter four will contain the discussion related to the findings of the research. In chapter five, we will conclude the study with the provision of recommended solutions.
Background
A person cannot look forward and propel to strive more, until unless he sees an opportunity waiting to be seized. The very vigor and enthusiasm to perform better and be of significance to the employer is what takes forward and employee, and places effectiveness in his endeavors. Therefore, the prime gist revolves around the employer's efforts to keep his employees motivated at all level, for better productivity and desired results.
As per the study of Blanc (2002:98), there are several elements other than poor economic conditions which can result in bankruptcy of organizations. Thus effective management is significant means to secure companies. Performance can be enhanced with the help of higher level of employee's motivation, but motivation is an intricate concept for management since there are various factors that affect every employee (Martin, 2005:466). Therefore, in order to improve the economic competitiveness and strength of organizations, promotion of employee's motivation is an effective solution. In other words, employees, who have higher level of motivation, will be prone to work more with efficiency devoid of any complains. Therefore, they will be a major means of facilitations of companies' profitability. Previous studies have shown that 32% of employees are concerned about whether they are completely convinced by the management of organizations, when they hesitate on whether to stay on with the job or leave (Daft and Marcic, 2006:403). Particularly, if organization's management has perfect management policies that are concerned with employees' welfare more, it will raise the enthusiasm of employees and improve their strength to face the financial downturn. Therefore, this study will show the fundamental formations which influence the employee motivation. Thus, how to overcome the management abuse of organizations and them enhance the motivations of employees is a problem worthy of studying and concerning.
Significance of the Study
According to the present stagnant economic conditions, organizations also face challenges, for instance, inadequate management and present stagnant economies, therefore, this proposal is significant to solve these difficulties, particularly for organizations. In addition, there are two reasons which claim that this study is worth to work. Primarily, through investigation of this proposal, managers can obtain the detailed information of the appropriate ways to practice motivational patterns in order to improve the positivity of employees.
