EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (ABSTRACT)

There is no doubt that today the whole world admits regarding the importance of petroleum (oil, gas and LNG). Nobody can imagine its lifestyle without it, as from industries and factories till travel and transportation; it's a blessing of God upon all of us. Its huge applications and importance has made the world totally dependent on it. No country can survive an inch without it. The petroleum industry includes global processes of exploration, extraction, refining, transporting (often by oil tankers and pipelines), and marketing of products of petroleum. The largest volume products of the industry are fuel (fuel oil) and gasoline. Oil is the raw material for many chemical products, including pharmaceuticals, solvents, fertilizers, pesticides, and plastics (Canadian Standards Association, 1989).

The oil industry is usually divided into three phases:

"Upstream": Exploration and production.

"Midstream": Transportation and storage processes.

"Downstream": refining, selling and distribution.

Generally mean operations are included in the final category. Oil is an essential product for many industries, and is vital for the maintenance of industrialized civilization itself, so it is considered a critical industry in most nations. Oil fed a very high percentage of consumption power of the world, from 32% in Europe and Asia to 53% in the Middle East. In other geographic regions energy weight oil is as follows: South and Central America (44%), Africa (41%) and North America (40%).

In this study we try to explore brief historical review of conflict and state infrastructure in the region of southern Africa that is, Angola. The main focus of the research is on the impacts of oil and gas development in Angola, and its recent LNG development. This study will revolve around the basic developments of oil and gas industry and LNG department throughout the world and its then its development in Angola. We carefully distinguish between the periods before and after the status of oil and gas industry, before and after the entrance of Angola in Oil and gas industry. We will also pursue the proper study on oil, LNG, hydrocarbons and its basic functionalities. We will also keep on account, many other aspects of economy and its impacts on Angola. We will also discuss the current status of Angola in LNG and petroleum industries, and the world wide view of various international oil and gas industries regarding their interest in Angola. This study therefore moves beyond the limitations ...
